In the second half, they will be joined by Marpheen Chann is the former student Vice President at USM and former minority caucus chair for Maine young democrats who is now living and working as a political consultant in DC. He is an Asian American Hillary Clinton supporter who has also consulted and advised on local Maine campaigns.
