WMPG is looking to bring on a part-time youth media coordinator/producer for its flagship teen-produced radio talk show, Blunt Youth Radio. The youth media coordinator/producer would focus on reshaping our teen program to maximize participation by area youth and to incorporate elements of today’s media tools – from broadcast, to podcasting, to social media. WMPG, community radio from the University of Southern Maine, cares about equity, inclusiveness, creativity and youth empowerment.
We’re looking for an energetic person who can work with youth and bring some media production skills to the job. Additional on-the-job training will be provided.
